Where are recorded calls and how can I listen to them?

Probably a dumb newbie question, but can anyone tell me how to access recorded calls.




I think I will need to see if I can get another application for this as I was rather hoping that a supervisor only had access but it seems the agent with the voicemail can also delete thier own call logs.



They’re stored at /var/spool/asterisk/monitor and available under the Recordings tab (or at http:///recordings/ in a fresh window. After logging in with voicemail credentials there is a “Call Monitor” link on the left side. This will show you the call history for that user and offer a link to the recordings, if available, under the Monitor column.
