When I press # during active call it says "Transfer" and tries to transfer the call


When I make a call on FreePBX to pay a bill, it asks me to enter the credit card number then press # but when I do that I hear the asterisk voice say “Transfer” and it tries to transfer the call.

I removed the ## from the “Feature Code Admin” but it didn’t fix it.

How do I stop FreePBX from trying to transfer a call each time the # key is entered?
