When dialing 1 particular extension from another sip...call goes right to voicemail

Hello all,

I just took over IT services at a high school from another company. Unfortunately,they will not return my calls to provide assistance. When 1 particular extension is dial here from another sip…the call goes straight to voice mail. Below is the info from the cdr reports

I cant find anywhere in our pbx console where this extension (200) is set to route all calls to voicemail.

I am new to phone support. I only usually handle pc hardware and software issues. If more info is needed please let me know.

Is the phone registered?

Paste the issue of

rasterisk -x ‘database show’|grep 200

you might have DND or something else bogus set.

From the console of the machine you installed to, or a bash shell on that machine either using ssh or incorrectly but colloquially “putty”
