What is the purpose of "freepbx-cron-scheduler.php" ? and why does it fail?

Hello,

I have FreePBX installed from Digium repository by issuing command, “yum install freepbx” and then upgrading the modules via Module Admin.

Once in a while in CentOS root mail, I find the following cron scheduler failed:
/var/lib/asterisk/bin/freepbx-cron-scheduler.php

What is the scheduler file for and why does it fail?
