What does this mean?

Arch = x86_64
OS = CentOS-6.3 (freepbx)
Asterisk = 11.3.0
FreePBX = 2.11.0.0rc1.2

SIP/RTP Device = SNOM-320

Problem:
Phone cannot place calls through FreePBX. It can receive and pickup incoming calls and internal calls. When dialling out I get this:

  == Using SIP RTP TOS bits 184
  == Using SIP RTP CoS mark 5

Is this a configuration issue with the SOMA-320? What specifically is wrong with its set-up or what configuration change in FreePBX will allow it to work?

For secure RTP the SNOM-320 must be configured to enable it. This is done on an identity-by-identity basis in the RTP profile page using the web interface. Reportedly, there is no way to set this from the phone itself.
