Weird problem with the queue loading, queues don't work when server starts

Hi,

I have got a strange problem. Everytime I have to restart the server (entire server not only particular services) everything is starting up normally besides the queues. I mean… they seem to be working as they accept the call but no agent’s phone is ringing. When I type:

queue show QUEUE_NUMBER

I can see all members.

I need to do:

queue reload all QUEUE_NUMBER

And everything starts working again.

Can anyone give me any hints how to trace this problem please ?
