Does any one know what this icon means and how to clear it?
That’s probably a voicemail.
You have 1 voicemail message.
I thought that also, I checked the voicemail there is none. I left a test message and and there is another icon for that looks like an envelope.
The envelop is the new voicemail icon. That one should indicate that you are receiving a voicemail at this time. If it stays there for a while it is unlikely that someone is still recording a voicemail. Maybe a phone reboot would clear it.
So, is there any way to just turn that icon off?
