WebRTC Phone registered but not working

I own a pbx in which I can’t get WebRTC phone to work (ok on other machines, unable to replicate the issue)

Certificate is OK , using Chrome without warnings or so.
In all PCs running webrtc the phone shows “registered”
Extensions are in SIP mode (not PJSIP) and “sip show peers” shows all XXX extensions as well as 99XXX ones as REACHABLE/OK

Anyway dialing a number from webrtc phone does nothing and when linked extension rings webrtc phone still does nothing.

What to check ?
