WebRTC no audio - which ports should be open in Firewall?

Testing WebRTC with FreePBX 12 and Asterisk 13.
The browser calls up, it gets connected, I can hear the long tuuuuu, tuuuuu, before phone is picked up (I use Zoiper on mobile device), but when I finally pick up on Zoiper, there is just silence on both ends.
Tried both Chrome and Firefox, results are the same.

I started to suspect it might be the firewall issue on the server side.
Which ports should I open for WebRTC? 443, 5060-5064, and 4569 are already opened.
