WebRTC extensions present when they shouldn't be

Updates a system from 15 to 16 by installing a new 16 from scratch then restoring a backup from the 15 system.

other than the database issue in my other post, a group of the extensions have the WebRTC 99XXX extensions showing up when they shouldn’t be. They are turned off in the extensions settings and don’t show anywhere in the FreePBX UI except in the Reports > Asterisk Info

I assume they are in the astersisk db somewhere but don’t know which table. Can these be deleted manually? If so, what table(s) are their records in?

Best Regards,

they still show up. Do I need to restart asterisk or fwconsole reload?

yes , give a try please.

thanks

No good. Reports > asterisk info still shows them.

also if I do an ARI request they show up (working on a web app that uses ARI).

I hope you are not seeing below issue ?

If not , then please paste the asterisk info to see what kind of WebRTC extensions your are talking about? thanks

not quite sure what you mean with that other link. Not sure how it relates honestly.

Ran asterisk -rx “pjsip show endpoints” and the 99xxx extensions don’t show up. They only show up in the reports > asterisk info and if I pull the endpoints from an ARI request.

On the reports > asterisk info

they show up under the channels but do not show up under the pjsip peers section

when I pull enpoints from ARI they appear as well
