Web page got broken

Hi,

I just installed the Asternic CDR Reports module (http://www.asternic.net/downloads/asternic-cdr-reports/) and the browser cannot display FreePBX GUI.

The method I used for installing:

  1. Download .tar
  2. I changed the name of the file so it matched the required format (program-version.tar)
  3. Module admin
  4. Upload module
  5. Upload .tar
  6. Go to “manage local modules” and installed it. From there on, the GUI has stopped working.

Asterisk is working and FOP2 is working aswell. It seems that it has something to do with the config.php file…I don’t know php and don’t know what to do.

I restarted httpd and rebooted.

Any ideas?

I agree with Tony. I’m running Asternic reports myself but the install required help from the developer. The reports are great but the installer wasn’t designed for someone with my lower knowledge level.

You would need to reach out to the developer of that module. Something in the module is breaking FreePBX

I’m talking to him right now. At this time FreePBX is already OK.

The file is .tgz, just in case.
