Web Interface not working/Errors in the console

Am currently having an issue when I try to run most commands via the cli
for example I tried running “fwconsole chown”

[[email protected] ~]# fwconsole chown

PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_USE, expecting T_FUNCTION in /var/www/html/admin/libraries/Console/Job.class.php on line 19

I am also getting the following error in the web GUI, not sure if this is related however I am unable to run the command of “fwconsole ma enable extensionroutes”

fwconsole ma downloadinstall extensionroutes --force
fwconsole reload

If it errors out, post the error.
