Hi all. I bought a paid module today, re-read all the instructions, reviewed all the documentation and forums, and could not find an answer to my question, why my module does not work. Here are my settings, tell me what I’m doing wrong?

and in CDR i see strange history

The call to 0679999929 apparently failed because it did not match any Outbound Route.
Possible causes include settings in the Extension Routing or Class of Service modules. If you are not using either of them, confirm that your Outbound Route has the CallerID field for this destination blank.
