Web Call Back Help - call's are not "bridging" - fresh install of FPBX and MODULE

Friends I setup a fresh PBX install from a distro of freepbx v. 16 and have purchased the Web Call Back Function version 16.0.3 (3rd purchase of the license) - Please see previous cases regarding history, I anticipated an environment problem as web call back failed to function so installed freepbx as a fresh install and setup the module again. I’m using VOIP.MS as a trunk provider and have setup an extension to a softphone. The TRUNK connection is OK, inbound and outbound calls work well. The web call back function doesn’t seem to function though. It places an initial call to the specified number in the web call back form, but the user is prompted with “the call cannot be completed as dialed”. I will include the log file. Any help is appreciated. I am specifying a a MISC. DESTINATION to be dialed out from the PBX to bridge the call.

Not seeing any attachments. Also commercial modules do have separate support, have you tried that path?

Here’s a link to the text dump of the log file. Do you suggest a sip dump?

As for product support, I had this module installed on an older installation of FREEPBX and tried getting some support - outside of the regular setup stuff, they didn’t seem to be to interested other than a pay option. I gave them the benefit and decided to get a clean install of FREEPBX up and running and paid for the module again (3rd time), but even under a clean system and environment it’s still not working. Not sure if the the SIP provider (VoIP.ms) is sending a hang up signal to the PBX as I see nothing else that would interfere here. Clean setup is OK, connects to the trunk and a SIP client, I can place calls and receive them.

Peng, I will add that it was working at one time, but that was a while back under the original installation.

This was solved in Web Call Back - THAT WORKS! ?
