Hi,

PBX Firmware: 1.0.0.0
PBX Service Pack: 1.87.29.55-2
Asterisk CLI 2.10.0.1 FreePBX

Incoming calls are a problem. Sometimes it’s okay, sometimes has a problem.
Incoming call directed to IVR’a. Works nicely.

After a period of time (2-3 hours), gives an error.

Call does not open. Line continues to play.

please help me.

Check your NAT settings are correct for your setup and additionally you may need to forward ports from your firewall but is most times your NAT settings.
