Warmspare backup is does not have some configuration copied as Primary servera

Freepbx 15, Backup and restore and IVR modules are same versions.Backup has IVR modules to backup. But warmspare does not show IVRs and on queue, I am missing IVR breakouts on caller announcement section. How can I fix this?
