Wanpipe-7.0.25.5 with perl 5.26.1 - wancfg_dahdi fails with "Can't locate Card.pm in @INC"

Hi again.

I found a minor bug installing 25.5 on Ubuntu Server 18.04, which uses Perl 5.26.1. Perl 5.26 removed the dot in @INC[1], so (at least) wancfg_dahdi fails with “Can’t locate Card.pm in @INC”:

A workaround is setting the environment variable PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC:

$ PERL_USE_UNSAFE_INC=1 wancfg_dahdi
