Wake Up Calls not working

I have just upgraded from FPBX 15 to 16.

My previous FPBX installation is on Rasberry Pi and I have setup FBPX 16 on another machine. I am access to both of them

Backup and restore is successful. Calls can be placed normal like how it was in the new FBPX 16

I tried Wake Up Call. I created a new record to ring my mobile phone number and one of the extension numbers. When the time comes, I can see the record got removed from Wake-Up Call list, but I did not receive any calls.
