VQPlus Queue Call Back keeps freezing

We have an issue where randomly at least once per day the Queue Call Back feature keeps freezing and we have to restart the queuecallback service.

When we review there isn’t anything in the logs standing out. CPU/Memory are fine, and the service itself appears to be running normal but it just isn’t making calls back to customers who chose the option.

Any info/thoughts?

Can you open up a support ticket (here: https://support.schmoozecom.com/) and report the issue and see if they can help further diagnose it?

Just did. I forgot the Commercial Modules have separate support than the paid support. Thank you.
