VQ Callback NOT WORKING

Prompts and takes the callers details fine. The call back part is where this seems to go wrong. Does not obey timers and Call repeatedly even after a callback was already completed with an agent. Sometimes after hours.
New caller coming in seem to trigger callback to other callers, this is not coincidence by timing by our many test. Random and strange behavior. We have had to set it to 1 retry just to make it bearable. This BETA version seems to need more work here unless there is something we can do which I doubt with the limited settings.
I guess I’m just reporting it and hoping you are aware and a fix is on the way
