VPN issue with Fanvil Device

Hi everyone,

We recently got a Fanvil PA2 page module that I am trying to set-up trough OpenVPN on our FreePBX. The problem is that when I import my config files into the webapp of the fanvil I don’t get a VPN IP address but if I check in the PBX under Admin->System Admin->VPN Server I can see that my extension has an IP address and it is connected.

I don’t know on which end the issue is because the Page module says its not connected but the PBX says it is.

Has anyone ever experienced similar issue with other devices ? Unless I am lucky enough and someone else ever used a Fanvil P2A for the same purpose and got it to work ?
