VOIP call quality monitoring

I am looking for software/hardware that can monitor our WAN connection and measure it’s quality for our VOIP (latency, packet loss, etc). If we have some intermittent choppy voice outbound (but not inbound), I’d like to be able to determine if it is something outside our network, or not.

which appears to offer a free solution for small setups.

Does anyone have recommendations on what to use?
