Voicemails not appearing in User's Control Panel

Installed FreePBX 2.5. Everything’s working great! Except for voicemails. Left several voicemail messages on my extension to test if they would appear in my User Portal… and they’re not there! When I check my voicemail on my Polycom phone, it says “you have no new messages”

Also, although this is not too big of a deal, we cannot access our voicemail system by entering *97 (or any other access number) on our Polycom SoundPoint IP330 phones… it just says “Enter more digits” … My guess is that this needs to be defined in the “outbound routes” menu, but not sure what specifically to enter in to get this to work. Any thoughts?
