Voicemails are not showing up in Zulu

Hello,

I have Zulu set up in PBXAct and I have the Zulu app on my iPhone and desktop. I can make calls from my iPhone and desktop and that part works great. I can also see the call history. However if I have any voicemails they do not show up in the VoiceMail tab of the application. If I dial *97 I can listen to them. I’m sure I missed something in the configuration here - but does anyone know what has to be set to get the voicemails to show up within Zulu?
