Vociemail seemed to be working back when we installed Asterisk. Now for some reason it seems to be broke. When a user calls *97, enters in security code, then presses 0 for mailbox options, and then 1 to record the unavailable greeting… It seems like it’s OK, until they press # to finish. They just get a busy signal.
If you call the extension, you can leave a message. Then when the users goes to check the message, it says a new message exists, but the systems just goes right back to the voicemail prompts when you try to listen to it.
Any ideas? I really don’t see much in the logs.
