Hi with the latest freepbx you have added in a section at the bottom to breakout of voicemail which is great.
ie. while listening to the callee’s message a caller can press 0, 1 or 2 to get redirected to another extension.
0 usually goes to the operator which is set under the general tab.
I am setting 1 to go to a queue. This seems to work but in the freepbx interface after you submit/apply changes the number is not visual. The field is blank but as mentioned above it does still seem to work. But its a bit confusing.
Also the breakout options seem to work only if the user has setup their voicemail options/presumably run through setup. Its not a huge problem but would it be better to work in all cases?
