Is there a quick solution to sending voicemail to more than one email address?
Yes,
On a server create an email, let’s say [email protected].
Set that account to forward emails to multiple email addresses.
From FreePBX, set the email to [email protected]
That is all.
The mail server will handle distributing the message to multiple users
There was a recent post (by Tony I believe) that said you could enter more than 1 email address in the Extension Voicemail settings of FreePBX:
[email protected], [email protected]
Only in the distro. Nothing else.
