Voicemail to a queue VM box or answers like a queue call back. Any solution?

Is there a way when somebody breaks out of an IVR from a queeue and leaves a VM to have that voicemail be for the queue and not to a specific agent. I dont like the VM blast as that will send the VM to all the boxes.


have that voicemail holds its spot like a queue callback and the agent answers it will play that voicemail?

Never tried, maybe use VM Notify and set it should call the Queue.

Or you can setup BLF keys on each member’s phone *98VM and it will turn red everytime there’s a new VM.
