Voicemail terminates call when listening to very short new message

When trying to listen to a very short new message on FreePBX 14, the system terminates the call.
The IVR only says “you have one n…” and you are not able to listen and or remove it.

Only after having a second message the system behaves normal.

Does anybody have a clue how to solve this, because it keeps frustrating my customer
