Two different users reported that callers had their voicemail recording truncated to about 10 seconds this past Friday afternoon. Though their callers thought it was a neat way to avoid overly long voicemail messages, it was unexpected.
We checked it since and this does not appear to be happening anymore. Is there a limit of total recording size that could be causing this? I looked through the web interface settings but did not see anything that seemed related.
