Using freePBX version 12.0.66 and AAstra model 6735i. I changed the name on one extension and the one soft key is programmed as follows:
Type: XML-API
Label: Voicemail
Value: REST-Voicemail
Account: Account1
When i press this button I get “Error - Voicemail has not been setup for extension 259”. However I was able to dial *97 and setup all voicemail prompts and messages and they all work fine. All other phones that are this model and using the same template work when I press this button. Thanks in advance for any help.
is the new user setup for phone apps?
Not sure how do I check that.
