Voicemail playback stopping when Voicemail module receives a new voicemail

Sorry for the redundant title. But we have one extension that acts as the general mail box for the entire company. We have several employees monitor this voicemail box from the UCP. What happens is, when one person is listening to a voicemail and a new voicemail is received in the INBOX, it stops the playback and the user must restart the original voicemail they were listening to.

Any tips on how to prevent this? I’ve taken a look at the pollfreq setting and though maybe increasing that would help, but I’m not 100% confidant that setting affects the refresh rate on the UCP.
