Voicemail option 3 Advanced Options does nothing

I am running Asterisk 1.4.39, and Freepbx 2.8.1 with today’s latest modules. When users dial voicemail and after entering their vmail password, they try to press 3 for “Advanced Options” (as the prompt says), and nothing happens, it just plays the prompt over again as if you never pressed anything.

Pressing 0 does take you to the greetings option.

Just wondering what the proper behavior is.

Can you provide a CLI trace of asterisk while you are pressing 3. I think this is a Asterisk bug in 1.4.39 as there are also issues with Voicemail forwarding on that same version if memory serves me right.
