Have V2.11.0.38 installed on an RPi B+. All seems to be working well, except for a strange voicemail issue. A caller does not get the user’s greeting (unavailable/busy message), they only get the default greeting, then the line disconnects immediately following the beep tone. The user receives the email and empty WAV attacehment. I’m stumped. I have checked to see if the greeting files are being created in the voicemail directory, and they are. I have also tried removing, and re-adding the extension to see if that would fix it with no luck. Any help appreciated.
Perhaps a permissions problem? Make sure that the files have the correct permissions to be read, and show the owner as asterisk:asterisk.
