I’m fairly new to FreePBX, so please forgive me. I have a client that is wanting a voicemail message for their main phone (not recorded) and to disconnect the call before recording begins. What’s the best way to achieve this? Please give somewhat of a detailed response if you can.

Probably having inbound calls go to a ‘system recording’
Is there a way to set a time for this? Schedule? Basically after hours this is what they want to happen.
You will use Time Groups/Time Conditions to setup call flows and then after hours you can just route to an Announcement that just plays a message and then hangs up.
This is all fairly basic stuff and you should be able to find plenty of youtube videos that walk you through it.
