Hi all,
I have a major issue with the vm service.
Basically, the vm is received and emailed to the correct email address, however, it is not staying on the server for retrieval via the *97.
I have checked the the delete option is not selected, but apart from that i am stuck.
Can anyone help please??

I found this entry in the logs:

Looks like there is a DB issue. Can anyone help please?

You might have an authority problem.
This might not be the best way to fix it, but I had a similar issue and I used WebMin - MYSQL Database Server to open up the permissions.
