We are using the Voicemail Blasting feature in FreePBX. Our greeting plays fine, but the voicemail beep does not play. Instead of recording the voicemail, it hangs up on the caller. I have verified that the “beep” is present in the Asterisk sounds directory.
Any assistance with resolving this is appreciated.
