I set a new customer up with Voicemail and she is complaining about no indicator light on her phone for new VMs. The phone is an RCA25255RE2. I have no idea if this is related, but she has not recorded an Unavailable message yet. Any idea?
Ok, now there’s an unavail.wav VM greeting, but she says there’s still no VM indicator on her phone.
Nevermind, the Msg Waiting Indicator checkbox was unchecked in our CPE provisioning system. Easy fix!
