I’m running 2.11. After doing a “yum update” voicemail hangsup after message plays. I get the following CLI message.
“Unable to open vm-intro (format (ulaw)): No such file or directory”
Seems this should be an easy fix.

The core framework update decided to delete almost half of my “sounds” lib. I copied over all the sounds from another clean FreePBX build and all is well now.
Only wish I noticed this yesterday before working on is for over 5 hours.
