Voicemail crashes * - segfault

Hello everybody. I NEED HELP !!!

Freepbx : 2.5.1
Asterisk : 1.6.0.1

I had an installation working perfectly, but several days ago its behaviour is very wierd… The first call leaves a message in a voicemail causes asterisk to crash with a core file and restarts itself, in that moment SIP calls dont’ work any more, (dahdi calls works OK), this is a remarkable part of the log :

The voice wav file is created in /tmp as astmail-xxxx even I can’t receive the mail (the server does send me other mails OK)

A call to a extension to listen MOH allways works. The problem is only with internal calls

As you can see it seems that dialparties dont work properly after using voicemail, please HELP ME because I’m stuck.
