Voicemail.conf changed automatically?

I left the office early on Friday and when I went to edit the voicemail.conf file this morning I noticed that the vm_general.inc and vm_email.inc files were merged with voicemail.conf and the top of the file says:

;!
;! Automatically generated configuration file
;! Filename: voicemail.conf (/etc/asterisk/voicemail.conf)
;! Generator: AppVoicemail
;! Creation Date: Fri Apr 16 16:07:39 2010
;!

All of the settings are right and everything is working correctly but I was gone by 2:30pm so I didn’t run anything at 4:07… I am confused.

Check the date and time of your system (just in case).
Check timezone in freepbx and check your crontab (just to see if there is a job that change configuration of your freepbx on a regular basis).
Bests

I did check that right away and saw that this is running every hour: /var/lib/asterisk/bin/freepbx-cron-scheduler.php but I could not tell what it is. I also made another post about my B-Channels restarting every hour and figured it has to be related to this file.

Why it strikes me as odd is that I have been running this system for a while now and this is the first time I saw these files merge.
