Apologies if this has been answered before but extensive googleing has not shed much light on this.
What I want to do is as follows…
Extensions all have their own voicemail for individual users - this works fine - no problems here.
So, lets say 201, 202 and 203 have their own voicemail boxes which answer calls when extensions are called directly.
I also have a ringgroup (or maybe a queue in some cases), lets say 200, which uses ringall to ring 201, 202 and 203 at the same time. If these all remain unanswered I want the following thing to happen…
A “group” mailbox with a “group” greeting answers the call. Messages left in this mailbox are sent to all thee “user” mailboxes (and all three users will get a MWI light on their phone).
The first user that checks their own voicemail box will hear their own messages plus any group messages. If they delete group messages then these group messages will be deleted from all other user mailboxes as well.
So - any ideas?
