Hi,
I’m trying to get it setup so that when you put someone on hold, every once in a while you get the “If you’d like to leave a voicemail please press 1” sort of an option. I know I can setup a queue to handle this and just transfer the call to the queue, but then the call keeps ringing me while they are on hold and/or the call is lost during the time that the message is playing.
Is there anyway to get the basic MOH to do this sort of thing?
Can I reprogram the key on the phone for HOLD to send them to the queue automatically?
