Voicemail BLF Hints not working

New install of Freepbx distro
PBX Firmware: 5.211.65-18
PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0
Asterisk (Ver. 11.13.0)

All modules up to date.

when i do a core show hints in CLI i dont see the *98101@app-dialvm hints for any of my extensions as described in the wiki post
Subscribe a BLF button to Monitor a Voicemail
can’t include the link as i’m a new user.

If i look at another system I have in production it has these hints.
If i look through the extensions_additional.conf on the working system for the app-dialvm section i see where it has the hints listed. however these are not present on the other system.

Is there something missing module wise that i need to load to get these to work?

I found the issue here:

Settings/Advanced Settings all the way to bottom of page

Voicemail Module

Create Voicemail Hints = TRUE

That totally fixed the problem. Thank you so much for taking the time to figure this out.

That totally looks like the setting that I was missing. I’ll turn it on tomorrow and let you know.

Thank you, this will totally make my customer happy as this was the one item that we couldn’t get working properly.
