After upgrading to 13 voicemail.conf is shot. Not sure what is suppose to be in it, but when I go to an extension mailbox I get “I’m sorry by an error has occurred”. I know very little about Linux. Now I try to see the file and it tells me that I am not authorized. So permission are now hosed also. Anywhere I can go to get both issued resolved? Thanks…
You can fix permissions with
fwconsole chown
