If someone needs to check their voice mail while traveling how do they do that? I don’t see anything in the feature codes section that tells me how to do that.
There are a number of ways that they can check their voicemail. If they can call in and reach their voicemail, they can press * while their outgoing message is playing. You could also set-up an inbound route for routes calls to a specific number to an IVR that will transfer users to *98xxx so that they can check their voicemail.
I had an inbound route setup as an auto attendant setup already i just setup the # key to dial VM when pressed. Again thanks for the help!
