When prior to leaving a voicemail the default prompt says to press # key when done or hang up. If the caller presses the # key the system says “Thank you Good Bye” and hangs up on the caller.
There must be a setting to change this but cannot seem to find it.
Any help is greatly appreciated

The # option is for the review setting in voicemail. It gives the caller the chamce to rerecord and set the message to ugernt. Then it hangs up.
If the review option is “no” (default) then the # key just ends the call.

Settings --> Voicemail Admin --> Settings --> Review Message = Yes
