Voice Mail notifications doing absolutly nothing

Have it setup according to the guide:

I leave a test message, and wait and wait and wait…watching the CLI…and still nothing noting happens

Using asterisk 1.8.12 and FreePBX 11.newest

Please set debug with CLI, maybe you can see something with Voice mail.

There is just nothing there.

Voice Mails: 3
Notification Calls: 0 (not even an attempt)
