the normal IVR is working pretty fine. but is there a possibility to add a “speech or Voice IVR”?
that means: please press XX for XX. or speech XX for XX as speak recognition?

Hi @iceget FreePBX does not support speech recognition right now, however you will find a lot of Asterisk articles about that.
@tm1000 did something with AWS Lex and Polly as a demo.
There was some latency due to the back and forth. I think at the right scale this could work.
Lumenvox is something that can be deployed on-prem, which speeds things up, and they have decent examples on how to connect.
