Voice doesn't work after PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-20 Install

For 6 months everything has been working perfectly. After the PBX Firmware: 10.13.66-20 PBX Service Pack: 1.0.0.0 install. When a call comes in, there is no voice in either direction. When I make a call out, my voice goes through to the other party but I can not hear anything. Nothing has been changed in the firewalls.

All routes, trunks and extensions have been removed and reinstalled.

If anyone has any suggestions other than firewalls, please let me know.

Are you using chan_pjsip? If so, take a look at this thread and see if you have the same issue:

I was using pjsip. Now using chai-sip. Same problem. All trunks, routes and extensions were removed and reinstalled. It makes no difference.

Don Hudock at Cloudnet has found the solution. Reinstall the whole system. We have worked on the problem for over 20 hours. The reinstallation does seem to be the only viable solution at this time.
